A small but enjoyable knap-in, this was the last year of the Tri-Cities Knap-in at Howard Amon Park in Richland, WA. It will be replaced by the Sacajawea Hertitage Days Knap-in in Pasco at the Sacajawea State Park starting in September.

For those who attended this event, and the turnout was fairly small, it was still a very enjyable and rewarding knap-in. Located along the Columbia, Howard Amon Park is a beautiful setting for all types of events and Memorial Day weekend always draws a lot of people to the park. As a result there is always lot of opportunity to share flintknapping with the public. And this year was no exception - all the PSK members who attended were kept busy teaching people of all ages.
